We gang warp a lot, and if everyone is lined up and up to speed, we all warp at once, we all come out of warp at once. It can be a bit unnerving to see a full fleet suddenly appear in perfect unison, flying in formation.

This is why I manually manage my drones. Not too difficult, set them in groups, click on target, right-click group and choose "attack" and they attack your current target. But then, I'm good at multitasking.
